Au Petit Goret, founded in 1979, is a privately owned Canadian company specialized in meat transformation and manufacturing of high-end deli meats, such as: Hams, Smoked Meats and Bacon.

The brand use only the best cuts of fresh meat and natural ingredients as well as the traditional maple wood smoke to preserve and insure the quality of the products to the customers in Canada and internationally.
